Controlled drugs
Definition
Drugs that are subject to control are listed as controlled drugs (CDs) in Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act ([215]). The term ‘controlled drug’ means any substance or product listed in Schedule 2 or in a temporary class drug order as a drug subject to temporary control (Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act [286]).
