The efficacy of mAbs stems from the various natural functions of antibodies, which include neutralization, antibody‐dependent cell‐mediated cytotoxic (ADCC) activity, and complement‐dependent cytotoxic (CDC) activity, or the antibody can be used as a drug delivery carrier (Suzuki et al. [344]). However, the possible consequences of their actions at a molecular level are not fully understood (Halsen & Kramer [115]).
