  • Sterile dressing pack
  • Infusion pump containing the prescribed drug in a clinically clean tray (delivered from pharmacy reconstitution unit)
  • Disposable gown and gloves
  • Luer‐Lok extension set with clamp
  • Three‐way tap

Pre‐procedure
