Topical application is only suitable for superficial lesions and has been found to be useful in the treatment of cutaneous malignant lesions, for example cutaneous T‐cell lymphomas, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and Kaposi's sarcoma (Wilkes [268]).
