  1. 1.
    Inform the medical physics department immediately.
    So that the medical physics department staff can begin making the necessary arrangements for removal of the body to the mortuary (DH [15], C).
  2. 2.
    Two nurses wearing gloves, plastic aprons or gown, and overshoes should perform Last Offices as per local policies. Any vomit, blood, faeces or urine must be cleaned from the body.
